Keegan will be holding the final step of his Eagle project, weather permitting, this Sunday, March 12 at 10:00 AM. We will meet by the pavilion at Great Hollow Lake

The final phase of my Eagle Project will take place this Saturday, February 11th. The phase will consist of scouts taking a walk around Great Hollow Lake, and surveying the trees to see which would be best to hang the bat houses on. From 10am - 12pm.

Ski/Snowboard Butternut

We will be meeting at the firehouse at 6pm. Please pack sleeping bag, overnight bag, and ski/snowboarding gear. The scouts will be sleeping in a church, so no tents or cooking items required. They will have a chance to snow tube, and there will be waivers to sign in order for them to participate that will be printed and handed out. If the scouts are up for it, there might be a trip to the bowling alley. If you have any questions please ask your SPL or Mrs Scarano @ 203-233-9828 (respond faster to texting)

RCF Indoor Climbing Overnight

Upcoming overnight at The Farfield Climbing Gym. The scouts will climb till midnight. Meet at the firehouse at 6:00pm, arrive at RCF by 7pm. PLEASE EAT DINNER BEFORE ACTIVITY, there will be no dinner served (but there will be snacks).

Holiday Party 12/12 at the Butler's

Scouts and families join us for a little celebration Monday the 12th at the Butler's home at 412 Purdy Hill Rd. Monroe, at 7:00 pm. You can park in front of the garage, or in the spots next to the left of the house, and then on the side of the driveway that's across from the light post.
This celebration is a potluck, we ask families from A-P to bring a dish and Q to Z a dessert (unless you want to bring a dish too). There will also be a gift exchange for the scouts, if your scout wants to participate bring a wrapped small gift ($15) that is scout related or useful for camping (please do not buy candy or snacks). Please register at the troop and write how many additional people you are bringing besides your scout and what you are bringing.
